In addition to Toro's warranty, GYC also provides a 100 Day Happiness Guarantee.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your new product, GYC will refund you the full amount within 100 days from the date of your purchase. No questions asked.

All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging (if applicable) and in saleable condition
Receipts must be valid and intact
All refunds will be provided back in the original tender. Cheques will be refunded as cash and debit / credit card refunds must be processed back onto the original debit / credit card.

GYC Pty Ltd and their suppliers provide a guarantee of acceptable quality on every product. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of a product. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.
We recommend you retain your receipt, as we may require proof that you purchased the product from us. Our Garden Army team members will be able to advise you whether a refund, exchange, repair or replacement is available.
