Very good. Comm's was good, I was notified by email (my choice) when the FS45 was ready to pick up. The staff at Kirrawee were very helpful and friendly. They gave me a quick overview of the product with practical tips for handling. I have bought two fs45’s. After much research the first one was for me in February this year. Since that time I have had no problems whatsoever. I find it has plenty of power for my needs. I have only just recently re-lined it which I found to be a lot easier once I worked it out. My daughter then asked me to find her a whipper snipper and I bought her an FS45. Due to a minor problem with tuning which was fixed by the dealer we have not used it yet but I am sure it will get a good workout.
