The Victa Mustang 850 is powered by the huge 190cc 850 Series Briggs and Stratton 4-stroke engine giving unmatched power in its class. The commercial engine has Briggs ReadyStart technology that makes this unit super easy to operate. A larger air filter design ensures that this lawn mower is more suitable for dustier condition.
Like all Mustangs, this unit is Alloy which is much stronger and more durable than your traditional steel chassis, although you don't get all that strength for nothing as the unit is slightly heavier than your average mower. Large 8" wheels with ball bearings ensure that it's easy to push and smooth to operate. The comfort grip on the handle reduces vibration to the operator's hands and the bars can be easily folded over for easy transportation.
Additionally, the plastic catcher makes it easy to clean and the catcher's lip is reinforced with a steel tip to strengthen the catcher and prevent wear. The hug domestic warranty on both the engine showcases you are buying a unit that is built to last. This unit also comes with a mulch plug giving you the versatility to catch or mulch to your liking.

The 850 mustang is worth every dollar! Gets through grass with ease! The bigger engine definately gives it that extra grunt needed to get through overgrown lawns! Happy is an understatement with this unit! Highly recommended !

I have always purchased a Honda, but when it wasn’t available and needs changed GYC suggested the Victa Mustang. And boy does this thing do a great job. It’s light, powerful and reliable. Only thing is fuel tank and catcher are smaller than I’m use to, but these aren’t big problems.
