Very easy to set up- even came with a bottle of oil. Filled it up, filled the fuel tank one pull, away it went! This was a replacing a 12 year old TORO mower which was virtually the same specs- though with a few changes. The old one still ran fine- but the base plate was rusted out. It had never been inside a mower shop though I replaced spark plugs, oil and filters occasionally! The new one was actually $140 cheaper than the one it replaced. So if I get 12 years out of this I'll be happy!
