The sale through the GYC website was smooth, and Jason at the Thornleigh store was very helpful in arranging me to collect the mower at the Peakhurst store instead. Handover of the new mower was excellent, with the staff member giving me a good run through on delivery. I upgraded from a 18 year old Victa 2 stroke. The difference between the two mowers was significant. The cutting performance of the Toro is excellent. It handles different grass lengths well. Before pointing out the good and the bad, I will say that I have only used it once so far so am still getting used to it. Likes: - Super easy to start - Wide cut - less laps of the lawn to finish - Gets very close to edges Dislikes - I found it difficult to disengage the forward drive, to pull the mower backwards. Sometimes it disengages and sometimes it doesn't. Still working out what the trick is. - When I do disengage it, the mower is very heavy to pull backwards and sometimes the wheels dig in to soft grass - Wheel height adjustment is one wheel at a time: this is slow and painful, having come from the Victa with a single action height adjustment for all 4 wheels, I can't recommend this feature, unless your grass is generally one length. Still I'm happy with it and hope to get used to its operation.

Great mower
Started on the second pull straight out of the box! Propels itself nicely. I'm 185cm tall and the handle height is good. The smart stow also has the ability to have the handle height set at 2 heights. Great mower, has only been a month, but so far i'd buy one again !
