Stihl WSA 40 Battery Pressurised Water Container Kit (SA09 011 8513)

The STIHL WSA 40 Battery-Powered Pressurised Water Tank provides a consistent water supply for compatible cut-off machines without the need for manual pumping.

Designed for professional construction, civil engineering and landscaping applications, the WSA 40 helps produce cleaner wet cuts by supplying water directly to the cutting area. The water helps bind dust particles and cool the cutting wheel during operation, making it a practical solution for worksites without access to a direct water supply.

Powered by a STIHL AS 2 battery, the integrated pump automatically maintains pressure throughout use. The transparent 10-litre tank features a funnel-shaped opening for easy filling and a clear level indicator to help prevent overfilling.

Operation is simple. Press the power button to start the unit, then adjust the water pressure using the control dial. A built-in sleep mode detects when the connected machine is no longer operating or the tank is empty, helping conserve battery power. An easy-to-read battery charge indicator shows the remaining battery level.

The WSA 40 also features a soft-grip carrying handle, pressure relief valve and a 4-metre water hose with a standard coupling. The protective battery cover helps guard against water, liquids and dust. With an IPX4 rating, the unit is protected against water splashes and suitable for use in a range of weather conditions.

For added versatility, the battery-powered pump head can be removed and used with selected STIHL products, including:

• STIHL SG 31 Sprayer
• STIHL TS Pressurised Water Tank
• STIHL SGA 30 Sprayer

Operating time with an AS 2 battery is approximately 30 minutes.
