Anti-Vibration System
STIHL developed an anti-vibration system where the oscillations from the machines engine are dampened which significantly reduces vibrations at the handles.
Ergostart
STIHL ErgoStart (E) reduces the effort required to start the tool. All it takes is 2 fingers and a gentle pull action.
Easy Open Fuel and Oil Tanks
Special caps on the fuel and oil tanks allow for easy opening and re-fueling.
Primer
When you push the button a small fuel pump delivers fuel to the carburettor. As a result the machine is easier to start.
Captive Nuts
When changing the Bar, you will not risk losing the nuts on the sprocket.
Side Chain Tensioner
There is a tensioning screw on the side of the Chainsaw through the sprocket cover. This is easy to use and removes the need for contact with the sharp saw chain.
Ematic Chain Lubrication System
A reservoir holds bar oil until it is picked up by the passing chain resulting in longer wear and less oil consumption.
The Stihl MS151TC-E Petrol Chainsaw is ideal for a wide range of tree maintenance tasks such as removal of dead wood, crown maintenance, and removal of trunk and branch shoots. The manual fuel pump and STIHL ErgoStart feature guarantee easy starting. It can be fitted with a 1/4" PM3 saw chain as standard, for a precise cut. This model is powered by a 2-MIX engine which helps improve cutting performance.
Featuring the advanced combustion technology, where the four overflow channels swirl the fuel-air mix before ignition, allowing for optimum combustion and highly efficient performance, resulting in lower fuel consumption and high torque across a broad rpm range. The tensioning screw is located on the side of the chainsaw through the sprocket cover. Chain side tensioning allows the saw chain to be retensioned effortlessly, avoiding any contact with the sharp chain.
Moreover, its Ematic chain lubrication system ensures pinpoint lubrication of the saw chain links and guide bar rails. It also helps reduce bar oil consumption up to 50%. Most of all, this model is covered by STIHL warranty for your peace of mind.
