For greater ease of use, the STIHL HSE 42 Electric Hedger comes with a small hand guard and a mechanical blade brake. It also has a strain relief with lock. This lightweight yet powerful electric hedge trimmer runs on a 240V engine with 420W power. Featuring fast cutting blade, with the high stroke rate of up to 3,400 strokes per minute. The double-sided cutting blades promise a clean cut.
The mechanical blade brake stops the blade reliably in less than a second after it is turned off. Also, it has a small hand guard that ensures an optimal view of the cutting blades, giving you a better overview of your work.
