The FSA 60 R has a locking lever which is self-resetting to prevent unintentional switching on of the tool.

The speed of the mowing head can be adjusted to three different speed levels.
AutoCut Mowing Head
The FSA 60 R comes with the STIHL Autocut C 6-2 mowing head, which can be tapped on the ground during use to automatically feed out the nylon line.
The STIHL FSA 60 R Battery Line Trimmer is the premium model in the AK battery range. It is solid and robust to handle tougher grass trimming tasks in medium to large gardens. Weighing only 3.3 kg (without battery), this Grass Trimmer is light and easy to maneuver. The loop handles ensures great freedom of movement and easy handling.
This line trimmer has an EC (brushless) motor with variable speed trigger to regulate the speed of the mowing head during use. This offers more control and efficient power compared to the DC (single speed) motor used in the entry level models. Featuring a durable full length aluminium shaft, which can handle different cutting tools to suit your job. Also, the heads can be exchanged easily without tools.
This high quality line trimmer will give you additional reassurance with STIHL's domestic 2-year warranty. You will also have access to ongoing service and support from your local STIHL SHOP. Note that this unit comes with an AK battery and AL 101 charger.
