Returns Policy

GYC Pty Ltd will happily assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased from our online shop or any of our Mower Depots located throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area;


INSTORE RETURNS

Return or Exchange of goods with a Receipt

  • We can provide a refund
  • All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging (if applicable) and in saleable condition
  • Receipts must be valid and intact

All refunds will be provided back in the original tender. Cheques will be refunded as cash and debit / credit card refunds must be processed back onto the original debit / credit card.

Note: The original debit / credit card must be present to gain a refund.

Return or Exchange of goods without a Receipt

  • We can provide an exchange of equal value
  • All goods for exchange must be unused, in original packaging (if applicable) and in saleable condition
  • Positive identification will be required.


Trade Account Returns / Exchanges

If you are an account customer and presenting goods for return or exchange, a copy of the original invoice must be presented in-store along with the goods to arrange an account credit.


ONLINE RETURNS

Return or Exchange of goods

  • We can provide a refund
  • All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging (if applicable) and in saleable condition
  • Please contact one of our Garden Army Team Members at our Peakhurst store - 02 9584 5800, to arrange for return delivery of goods.
  • Note: we may require you to pay for costs we will incur as a result.
  • Goods may also be returned to any of our GYC Mower Depot stores

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods under Warranty

GYC Pty Ltd and their suppliers provide a guarantee of acceptable quality on every product. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of a product. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality.

We recommend you retain your receipt, as we may require proof that you purchased the product from us. Our Garden Army team members will be able to advise you whether a refund, exchange, repair or replacement is available.
